In July, Mr. Guerra transitioned to Solara Specialty Hospitals Harlingen. Upon arrival, Mr. Guerra was unable to breathe or eat on his own. He was limited in his mobility and needed total assistance from our rehabilitation team.
Despite the obstacles, Mr. Guerra was determined to return home to his family. He followed an intensive treatment plan designed to help him achieve this goal.
In less than one month, Mr. Guerra returned home! Upon discharge, Mr. Guerra was able to breathe and eat independently! He was able to move around with the help of a rolling walker! We’re so honored to make a difference for Mr. Guerra and wish him the best!
